Our Berkshire pork is 100% pasture raised, never confined to cages or crates and 100% hormone, steroid and antibiotic free. We believe that pigs are meant to spend their time running, rooting and roaming their pasture, not grown in a small box on a concrete block. Our goal is to raise the happiest pigs, and provide the highest quality pork for your family.
Pigs are sold as a Half or Whole Hog, and each purchase is custom cut to your exact specifications by our local butcher. We sell our Half and Whole Hogs based on carcass weight, with processing fees paid directly to the butcher, based on each individual cut sheet.
